iotc resolutions

In each Session, the Commission takes decisions concerning the management of tuna and tuna-like species. These decisions are passed in the form of resolutions that are binding on the Commission Members, unless there is specific objection on the part of the Members. Recommendations are slightly different in that they are not binding the Members, but rely on volunteering.
